I am delighted to present our 3rd annual transformative Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing event- with one of my favourite people, Elaine Yang this December.
Elaine is a crystal singing bowl maestro. She weaves musical stories from her keen interaction with the energies around her. Always offering what is needed at that moment in time.
The Alchemy of Sound & Rest is a two-hour session, that combines Elaine’s intuitive singing bowl playing skills with Restorative Yoga poses. Get ready to be transported to a dreamless state of BE-ing and bliss.
