All my classes are designed with your nervous system in mind: slow enough for awareness, intentional enough to feel grounded, and mindful enough for your body to feel safe.

Slow Flow
Classes follow a year-long theme, with each week exploring a specific focus that gradually builds over time. Think of it as an ongoing workshop divided into 52 weeks of learning and practice.
You do not need to have joined at the beginning of the year. Each class has its own focus and can be enjoyed on its own, so you are welcome to join whenever you are ready.

Myofascial Release
Rather than pushing through pain or using more pressure, the practice focuses on comfortable pressure, slow movement, and easy breathing. This gives the nervous system time to feel safe, settle, and allow the body to soften.
Each class explores a particular area of the body and teaches you how to adjust the practice according to what you need that day.
No previous experience is needed.

Restorative Yoga
In the busyness of daily life, we rarely give ourselves enough time to pause and notice how we are really feeling. Restorative Yoga offers that time.
Props support the body so the muscles can rest without having to hold you in place. With less effort required, the nervous system has an opportunity to soften and settle.
The practice gives you time to tune in, feel, breathe, and allow the body to become heavy. There is nothing you need to achieve or change. You are simply given the breathing room to be where you are.
No previous experience is needed.

Ashtanga Led
In a traditional led class, postures are generally held for five breaths and the pace can feel demanding, particularly if you are still becoming familiar with foundational poses. In my classes, props such as blocks and straps are encouraged so that you can experience the intention of each pose without unnecessary struggle. The aim is to help you find enough support to breathe, stay present, and move with greater awareness.
As each class is 60 minutes, we practise slightly less than half of the Primary Series. The familiar structure of the sequence offers consistency, while modifications make the practice more supportive for different bodies and levels of experience. The intention is to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence while staying connected to how your body feels.
The focus is not simply on completing the sequence. How you move matters. You will be encouraged to notice what you are doing, avoid collapsing into postures, and move from one pose to the next with attention and control.

Yoga Basics
if you are a brand new beginner, or have not had much yoga practice, or want to take it easier in your practice or revisit the basics of yoga. This class focuses a few poses in each session. Fundamental concepts will be covered – where to place the hands, feet as well as the practising the poses. Suitable for everyone.
