What is Yoga Tune Up®
I first chanced upon a Yoga Tune Up® class when I was in New York City for training. It was the name of the class that got me curiously interested. And as they say… the rest is history.
Yoga TuneUp® is a programme developed around the three P’s – Pain, Posture and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga. This program effectively helps you to sense, feel, identify and target your “body blind spots”; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused, YTU heals damaged muscle, increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns to help you live better in your body.

How does all that work?
Through ingenious ways of deconstructing human movements into relatable bite-sized nuggets. This is further combined with breath work, ball rolling techniques, and importance of down-regulation.
Yoga Tune Up® seeks to find balance between the overly activated and inhibited; weak and strong and sheds light to our blind spots and common compensation habits.
