Hello everyone!

Welcome to 2019! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s and a great time connecting with loved ones and friends over the festive holidays!

I know I have really slack on the newletterrs and website updates. As much as I enjoy writing, it does take time – and I mean a lot of time to post something up. If you can, head on over to FaceBook, to see what I’m up to, teaching wise and everything else.

 

DRUM ROLL…And a couple of announcements.

 

This week (7 January 2019) marks the last week of a teaching schedule that has been my “work life” for the last 2 years. I love how this change is so nicely timed with the start of a brand new year. Come next week, there will be changes to my teaching schedule. Not to worry, I am still going to be teaching classes- just at new venues, new classes and timings.

True Fitness Chevron House closes its doors on Saturday, 12 January, 2019, as the entire building awaits to be torn down.  My current 7 classes at this studio will be reducued to 4, and I will be teaching these 4 classes at new studios. 

On one hand, I am feeling a little sad to say goodbye to the classes that I have built and taught in the last 2 years. On the other hand, I am also truly excited for what amazing things will be coming my way this 2019.

I do hope that you will come along with me on this journey into the wild and unknown. I am not one to be cautious so…I am diving right into this with my CRAZY FAITH that THIS will be my BEST YEAR!

Change is scary. Change is inevitable. Change is unsettling. Change is refreshing. Change is constant. Change is needed for growth, discovery, rediscovery and transformation.

I look forward to see you in classes this week, next week or whenever you are able to.

  • Monday evening classes at True Fitness Chevron House will be brought over to The Yoga School (OCBC Centre, Chulia Street, #39-01)
  • I will be teaching on Wednesday afternoon and evening- Myofascial Release at two new locations- True Fitness Ang Mo Kio and True Fitness Suntec.
  • I will no longer teach Thursday mornings at The Yoga School and Friday evenings classes too.

Some information about the new classes offered:

*BUILD classes at The Yoga School is pretty close to how I teach my classes. We build up the pose slowly, bit by bit. So don’t let the name scare you. ?

*Yoga Tune Up® Self Care combines movement, with myofascial Ball rolling self-massage, restorative yoga poses and yoga nidra.

*Myofascial Release is really another name for Yoga Tune Up® Self Care. It’s just easier to call it Myofascial Release since most people already know it as that, though I will likely change that to Yoga Tune Up® Self Care eventually.
